       Learned counsel for the parties submit that the period of the tender in question is already over. They also did not dispute the fact that petitioner has been permitted to work for the tender as there was an interim order passed by this Court on 16.10.2020. In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned order of termination of contract and black-listing him for a period of one year by invoking the arbitration clause as stipulated in the contract/the Punjab Food Grains Labour and Cartage Policy, 2020-21.

As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
