Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that the main revision petition itself has been rendered infructuous and prays that the same may kindly be taken up for hearing today itself. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main revision petition, which is pending for 10.02.2023, is taken on Board today itself.

CR No.3712 of 2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as eviction order has since been passed.
