The petitioner's grievance was that although he was allotted work of labour and cartage in respect of fifteen mandis, he has been prevented from working the contract by the 8th respondent - Avtar Singh Kahlon, District President, Truck Union, Barnala and that the official respondents were not cooperating in the matter either.

It is not necessary to consider the rival contentions in view of the statements made on behalf of the official respondents. 3.

Mr. H.S. Sethi, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from respondent No. 2, states that they would supply copies of the work order to the petitioner during the course of the day. CWP-21873 -2015 -2would be permitted and granted all facilities to execute the contract of labour and cartage in respect of the fifteen mandis upon the petitioner producing before respondent No. 2 at least 100 trucks on 15.10.2015 at 10.00 AM at Dhanaula Mandi.
