The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to release all the pensionary benefits, which according to the petitioner had been withheld although he had retired from service on 31.3.2022.

Learned State counsel has today furnished a photocopy of letter received from the Office of Accountant General, Punjab as per which the pension case of the petitioner has been finalized and Pension Payment Order has been issued. The photocopy of letter received from the Office of Accountant General, Punjab furnished by learned State counsel is taken on record. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, the claim of the petitioner qua grant of pensionary benefits stands satisfied.

In case, the petitioner has any other grievance with regards to any deficiency in payment or interest, it shall be open to him to take up the matter with the department concerned.
