RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.2, dated 01.01.2024, under Sections 379-B, 427 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act (offences under Section 379-B IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act deleted and offences under Sections 393 and 511 IPC added later), registered at Police Station City 1, Abohar (District Fazilka).
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she does not wish to press the present petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such. However, she submits that for the last nine dates, no witness has been examined so far. Petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. However, trial Court is directed to examine the witnesses on producing the same by the prosecution.
