Mr. Akashdeep Miglani, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents No.5 to 11. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the competent authority to look into the matter and his representation dated 24.06.2024 (Annexure P-8) is decided in a time bound manner. 3.
