(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition on merits, however, prays that respondent No.2 be directed to look into representation dated 03.10.2015 (Annexure P-2). Present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 03.10.2015 (Annexure P-2) in the light of judgment of this Court in CWP No.2607 of 2011 titled "Subhash Chander v. State of Punjab and others" decided on 11.02.2011 (Annexure P-3 with the writ petition) and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
