&9 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered two days after the occurrence and that as regards the injury attributed to the petitioner, it is only on the left arm of the complainant and consequently he may be admitted to bail.

Having considered the matter, first, it is to be seen that with the FIR seen to be dated 08.05.2021, this petition itself was filed on 14/15.09.2021, with notice of motion having been issued on September 20, 2021.
