**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, A.C.J. (Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of the impugned notice Annexure P-6/T. A further prayer has also been made to issue direction to the respondents to implement the directions issued in letter/Notification of the Government of Punjab dated 19.12.2016 (Annexure P-5/T) to waive the loan raised by the members of the petitioner society as well as by the other farmers of the village Lohara, Tehsil Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain typographical mistakes have crept in the writ petition inadvertently. Accordingly, a prayer was made for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating better and correct particulars.
