The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 21.08.2015 to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon and to the Deputy Commissioner seeking a shifting of the cremation ground. The representation to the Deputy Commissioner indicates that the cremation ground is already in use. The representation further indicates that the construction work indicates that it would become a permanent cremation ground. On this representation, report of the Patwari was called for. The Patwari submitted a report on 08.09.2015 (Annexure P-6). A final decision has not been taken as yet.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.08.2015 by 30.11.2015. 3.

We express no views whatsoever on the merits of the petitioner's contentions. It is for the authorities to take a decision on the matter in accordance with law keeping in mind all the facts and circumstances of the case.
