PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 4 not to harass, torture and implicate the petitioners in false cases at the instance of respondent No.5.

In pursuance of notice of motion, State has filed reply, same is taken on record. It is specifically averred in the reply that already FIR has been registered against the petitioners and some complaints are pending against the petitioners at Police Station Sohana. Otherwise also, no blanket order can be passed that no case should be registered against the petitioners. Dismissed.
