It is submitted that petitioner retired from service as an Oil Man on 20.03.2015. Despite submission of complete papers, his retiral benefits have not since been released. Thereafter, representation dated 14.08.2015 (Annexure P3) has been moved however, no action is being taken by the respondent-authorities. It is, thus, prayed that respondent No.4 be directed to decide the said representation and release the entire retiral benefits to the petitioner. Keeping in view the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any views on the merit of the petitioner's claim, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide representation, Annexure P3 by passing a OMKAR SINGH 2015.10.15 11:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.21895 of 2015 [2] speaking order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. In case, petitioner is found entitled to the reitral benefits, same be released to him within a period of six weeks thereafter.
