Allowed as prayed for.

Main case Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the Deputy Commissioner, Jind has sent the original complaint to the BDPO, Thatrath, Tehsil Safidon, District Jind for holding an inquiry but so far no report has been received. Before initiating any proceedings against private respondent No.4, present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the BDPO, Thatrath to whom the Deputy Commissioner, Jind had sent original complaint for inquiry, to complete the said inquiry within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and submit the report to the Deputy Commissioner, Jind so that appropriate proceedings can be initiated by him.

Disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
