MADAAN Present:- Mr. Sudhanshu Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. *** The grouse of petitioner Naib Ram, who is working as a Clerk on daily wages with Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Chandigarh. is that he is not being paid wages at par with the regular Clerks to which he is entitled in view of judgment passed by the Apex Court in State of Punjab & Others Vs. Jagjit Singh & Others (Civil Appeal No. 213 of 2013) decided on 26.10.2016 . According to him, he had submitted a representation dated 13.10.2020 (Annexure P-16) addressed to respondent No. 2 Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Chandigarh but that did not evoke any response, as such he has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.

Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner, for the purpose of enabling respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be, the writ petition is disposed of directing PARVINDER SINGH 2021.11.23 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
