The contempt petition is filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 29.11.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.8848 of 2017. Reply by way of affidavit of Er. Harish Kumar, Additional Superintending Engineer, Operation Division, PSPCL, Gidderbaha, same is taken on record, copy handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of reply filed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition, however, seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
