It is submitted that part of the retiral benefits due towards the petitioner on account of the death of her husband - Ashok have been released however, entire retiral benefits have not been released to her despite legal notice dated 10.08.2015 (Annexure P3) served upon the respondents. Respondent No.4 has even been directed by respondent No.3 vide Annexure P4 to take necessary action but to no avail.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any views on the merit of the petitioner's claim, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide representation, Annexure P3 by passing a OMKAR SINGH 2015.10.15 11:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.21908 of 2015 [2] speaking order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. In case, petitioner is found entitled to any dues, same be released to her within a period of six weeks thereafter.
