* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner applied for an occupation certificate in respect of premises he states were constructed in the year 2014. By a letter dated 01.09.2014 (Annexure P-3), the respondents merely requested the petitioner to submit the application through an architect registered with HUDA for statutory documents so that action could be taken for the same according to the HUDA Act. The notice does nto state anything more. The petitioner was informed by the respondents'

further letter dated 05.05.2015 that the application must be made in the proper manner with the statutory documents and not by means of a simple letter. 2.

The petitioner is at liberty to make an application in accordance with the rules and regulations. Needless to add that if any conditions are imposed by the respondents, the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 3.
