Learned counsel for the respondents has produced revised pension pay order and revised gratuity pay order, both dated 05.09.2019, same are taken on record, copies handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of documents produced, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition, however, seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law for redressal of surviving grievance, if any. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
