Learned counsel refers to para 8 of the written statement dated 06.10.2021 filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, wherein the plea taken was pendency of LPA-1843-2019 in CWP-11049-2017 titled as State of Punjab and Others vs. Karamjeet Kaur, which has now been decided on 09.04.2025. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sukhpal Singh, Senior Assistant, O/o Education Recruitment Directorate states that the matter would be examined in light of the aforesaid judgment within a period of 4 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
