(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 288 dated 12.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 306 and 34 IPC (Section 302 deleted later on) at Police Station Uchana, District Jind, Haryana.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.
