COCP-2108-2021 (O&M) Counsel for the respondent has taken a specific objection that the respondent Puneet Kumar, is not the Chief Manager and is only a Senior Manager of the Punjab National Bank. Counsel for the respondent has referred to the notice (Annexures P-2 and P-3), which is an e-auction sale notice, signed by the Chief Manager/authorized officer under the SARFAESI Act.

Faced with the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh petition against the competent person. Ordered accordingly.
