The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.01.2025 passed in CRM-M-8022025, whereby, direction was issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), District Amritsar to look into the representation dated 11.12.2024 filed by the petitioner and take necessary steps in accordance with law.

In compliance of order dated 13.01.2025, affidavit of Mr. Maninder Singh, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar (Rural) dated 04.08.2025 along with Annexure R-1/T to R-5/T has been filed. 3.

A perusal of para 3 onwards of affidavit dated 04.08.2025 shows that order dated 13.01.2025 passed in CRM-M-802-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
