Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this petition is similar to the case of Gurdev Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No.134 of 2016, which was disposed of by our order and judgment dated 07.01.2016. Learned counsel states that the matter arises out of the same notification under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
