NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No. 54 dated 23.06.2023 registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Rahon, District SBS Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Chandandeep Singh, submits that challan has not yet been filed in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
