(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.43 dated 15.03.2023 registered under Sections 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at P.S. Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Muktsar Sahib, Section 201 IPC addled later on vide DDR No.17 dated 04.04.2023. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Karamjeet informs that the petitioner already stands acquitted by the trial Court vide decision dated 18.11.2023, thereby, rendering the present petition infructuous.
