Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondents to take action against respondent no.4 on the basis of complaint submitted by the petitioner to respondent no.2. Further direction is sought to respondent no.4 to hand over the possession of the truck No.HR-57A-9984 to the petitioner, which is forcibly taken into possession, which is in violation of the directions issued by the Supreme Court in Manager, ICICI Bank Ltd. v. Parkash Kaur and others, 2007 (2) RCR (Crl.) 76. Direction is also sought to respondent no.4 to grant compensation to the petitioner for the loss suffered by him due to the illegal action of respondent no.4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the complaint (Annexure P-4) and decide the same, after associating the petitioner in the proceedings, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks. 4.

The order so passed, shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.
