Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have already handed-over the possession of the premises to respondent no. 1. He, thus, may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Learned State counsel submits that matter shall also be got verified by respondent no. 2 and a report shall be submitted within one month from today.

In view of statement made by learned counsel, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
