Prayer in this writ petition is for release of salary of the petitioner for the period from 01.01.2009 to 21.08.2009 as well as transfer of Contributory Provident Fund for the period from May 2005 to August 2009. It is submitted that despite reminders as well as representation dated 19.01.2015 (Annexure P3) moved by the petitioner, no action is being taken thereon by the respondents. It is prayed that respondents be directed to decide his representation expeditiously.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merit of the petitioner's claim, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation, Annexure P3 by passing a OMKAR SINGH 2015.10.15 11:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.21974 of 2015 [2] speaking order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. In case, petitioner is found entitled to the release of his salary etc., same be released to him within a period of six weeks thereafter.
