HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction to respondent No.2 to not entertain any inquiry applications filed by the respondents No.4 and 5 in FIR No.80 dated 06.07.2021 registered under Sections 323, 325, 451 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City Balachaur District SBS Nagar (Anneuxre P-1) as the same is illegal in eyes of law, and violating the order of this Hon'ble Court, wherein, it has been observed that no inquiry can be conducted by the investigating agency after registration of FIR. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
