This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 16.12.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Moga (respondent no.3). Further, prayer is made for issuing directions to the respondents to release the petitioner for 8 weeks parole to enable him to meet and look-after his family members and to settle the household affairs.
