(ORAL) After arguments were heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned senior counsel for the respondents are ad idem that none of their clients would seek adjournment from the court below, to argue the interim stay application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC, slated for hearing before the Transferee Court on 02.03.2021. 2.

In the premise, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Transferee First Appellate Court to endeavour to decide the interim stay application on the next date of hearing. The Court shall be at liberty to adjourn the matter, in case it feels that more time is needed to dispose of the application.
