Learned State counsel, on instructions meted to her by ASI Subjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation, nor he has ensured the recovery at his instance, to the investigating officer concerned, of the allegedly stolen property.

Since the bail applicant-petitioner has shown completest disregard to various orders made by this Court, hence ordering him to render cooperation to the investigating officer concerned. Therefore, the orders granting interim bail to the petitioner, are recalled, and, rescinded. Consequently, the petition is also dismissed.
