This order shall dispose of the above two petitions as common question of facts are involved in the above petitions wherein petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to consider their claim on DC rates, against the vacancies which are lying vacant with the respondentdepartment, after completion of training/apprenticeship, til the appointment of regular incumbents.

On 24.07.2018, this Court passed the following order in CWP No. 15739-2018:-

-2- "Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and states that the petitioners are due to complete their apprenticeship on 07.08.2018. They have no right to continue at DC rate on the posts of welder, motor mechanic, carpenter, turner, painter etc. on completion of their apprenticeship. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per advertisement dated 30.03.2017 (Annexure P-4), essential qualifications are that the candidates should have passed 10th, 12th from the recognized board.

However, as per the post-wise details, Helper (Mechanic), Tyre man, Electrician, Carpenter, Black Smith, Welder etc. are to be recruited.

Since, the petitioners have done apprenticeship in the above said courses, a direction is given that they (petitioners) will continue to work under the specified courses as per details of the vacancies, till the regular appointments are made. Adjourned to 23.10.2018 to enable learned State counsel to file a detailed reply.

At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from Ms. Sunita Taneja, Clerk o/o EHMR Yamuna Nagar has informed that final result has already been declared and regular candidates have joined. In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, as regular candidates have already joined.
