*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Gurmail singh, Computer Faculty, Govt. Senior Secondary School, Talwandi Sabo, submits that both the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 have been transferred to nearby places and both of them have joined.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.

However, it is made clear that this transfer order will not have any bearing on the service conduct of both the parties.
