(ORAL) Grievance of petitioner has already been redressed in view of stand taken in written statement as petitioner while working as Assistant District Attorney has been transferred to Jind, closest to Rohtak. Now, grievance of petitioner is that he has been promoted and transferred to Mewat. If at all, petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the same in an independent writ petition and not in the manner and mode. In view of above, present writ petition is ordered to be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
