(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing the show cause notice dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure P-6) issued by the respondent-authorities.

It is evident from the averments made by the petitioner that it has already filed reply to the show cause notice on 13.09.2021 and the matter is pending before the respondent-authorities which are yet to take a decision in this regard.

In the circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is premature as no decision has been taken by the respondent-authorities. The petitioner is free to take up all the issues before the respondent-authorities and, therefore, at this stage, we find no reason to entertain the present petition which is dismissed as premature.
