(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect life and liberty of petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10 and taking appropriate legal action against private respondents for causing injuries to petitioner and her family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Rupnagar, is directed to look into grievance of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Rupnagar, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same, if any, after hearing her.
