(#( % Through this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 23.02.2016 (Annexure P4), whereby petitioner was declared absconder in case bearing FIR No.112 dated 10.11.2014 registered under Sections 307,323,324,336,341,148,149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that earlier the petitioner has filed CRM-M-35960 of 2020 for quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of compromise dated 21.09.2020, which was disposed of, vide order dated 04.11.2020, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 10 days and move an application seeking bail.
