Ms. Monica Chhibbar Sharma, Sr. Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. * * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is being taken up and heard via video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has raised several issues before the Grievance Disposal Committee in terms of clause 29 of the Contract/bidders contract which are pending before the said committee. He submits that the respondent-Mandi Board may be directed to decide the same in accordance with the provisions and stipulations contained in Clause 29 of the Contract specially those relating to granting personal hearing on a date and time fixed by the respondentauthorities. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State of Punjab undertakes to appear on behalf of the respondent-Mandi also and submits that decision on the issues raised in the petition in terms of Clause 29 of the Contract shall be taken by the authorities concerned in accordance with law expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab, the petition stands disposed of and the respondent-authorities are directed to decide the issues raised by the petitioners in terms of Clause 29 of the contract in accordance with law as far as possible within four weeks.
