On our asking, Mr.Anil Mehta, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Let four copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioners are aggrieved by non-inclusion of their names in the final voter list of village Jagoli, Tehsil and District Ambala. According to them, there are several documents like Birth Certificates, Aadhar Cards etc. etc. to MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.10.15 12:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.22015 of 2015 [2] substantiate their claim that they are bonafide residents of village Jagoli.

Since the above-stated claim has already been put up by the petitioners before the District Electoral Officer, Ambala vide representation dated 13.07.2015 (P-7), it is not necessary to express any views on merits except to issue a direction to respondent Nos.3 & 4 to ascertain the correct facts and if need be to hold a fact-finding enquiry and take appropriate decision before the Gram Panchayat elections are held.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Let a copy of this order be given dasti to Mr.Anil Mehta, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, for information and necessary compliance.
