(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 113 dated 4.6.2020 registered under Section 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015) (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. There is a request for an adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vaishu Dass, submits that in the present case, charges have been framed and now the case is fixed for prosecution evidence on 20.7.2021. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the petition.

In the prayer clause, there is no averment regarding the quashing of present FIR. Moreover, charges have been framed and now the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.
