(Oral) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of letter/order dated 12th April, 2018 (Annexure P-4), passed by respondent No.2, whereby, petitioners were directed to vacate the vending zone, which is stated to be allotted to them within the limit of Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, as per the guidelines of the Apex Court in SLP No.4156 and 4157 of 2002. A further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 not to force the petitioners to vacate the present vending zone. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition as well as CM No.10404-CWP of 2018 with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
