The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside of order dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure P-11), order dated 27.08.2019 (Annexure P-9), order dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P-6) and order dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P-7).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
