Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court while passing order in CWP No. 13611 of 2018- 'Dharamvir Singh Malik and others v. State of Haryana and another', by which, the claim of the petitioners was dismissed, hence, the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions. 2.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case where the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing order in Dharamvir Singh Malik's case (supra), hence, the present petition is also dismissed in same terms and conditions as held in Dharamvir Singh Malik's case (supra). 3.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
