**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) On April 07, 2015, this Court, while adjourning the matter for today had directed the Chief Administrator, HUDA to remain present in Court.

Today, an application has been filed in the Court, which is supported by an affidavit of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Rewari, wherein, exemption regarding the presence of the Chief Administrator, HUDA, has been sought on the ground that an urgent meeting of the Haryana Urban Development Authority has been fixed by the Chief Minister, Haryana being Chairman of the Authority for today at 10:00 A.M. Registry to assign number to the aforesaid miscellaneous application. Further, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2, 3 & 4 submitted that the Chief Administrator, HUDA shall be present in Court on the date as may be JAWALA RAM 2015.05.05 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

It was pointed out that the necessary relief as claimed by the petitioner has already been granted and therefore, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. A photocopy of the allotment letter dated 23.04.2015 regarding the allotment of alternative residential plot in lieu of disputed residential plot No.1016P, Sector-1, Part-1, Narnaul, has also been produced in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2, 3 and 4 further stated that the possession of the alternative residential plot shall be delivered to the petitioner on the same day, when the petitioner approaches the Estate Officer, Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed that since the letter dated 23.04.2015, allotting the alternative residential plot has been issued to the petitioner, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Since the necessary relief has already been granted by the respondents, keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, we exempt the personal appearance of the Chief Administrator, HUDA.
