(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a decision of the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority Vs. Manohar Lal and others, AIR 2020 SC 1496, nothing survives in the petition and the same be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above and the matter being squarely covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority's case (supra), the petition stands dismissed.
