On 10.07.2025, this Court passed the following order:- 1.

Despite there being an insurance claim survey and assessment report, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court with regard to invocation of Policy Condition No.8 for repudiating the insurance claim of the contesting respondent No.1. Prima facie, this Court is of the view that, it is an apt case where exemplary costs should be imposed upon the petitioner for unnecessarily harassing the respondent No.1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment, thereby enabling him to have apt instruction from the petitioner-insurance company.
