ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents submits that the present revision proceedings arise out of ad interim orders dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P-3), order dated 11.04.2019 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 24.04.2019 (Annexure P-5) which have been impugned herein. He submits that during the pendency of the revision proceedings, the impugned ad interim orders dated 30.10.2018, 11.04.2019 and 24.04.2019 have merged into the final order dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure R-1), passed in the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2, CPC and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. Being so, nothing survives before this Court to adjudicate and the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
