Surinder Singh and others and other connected matters decided on 23.12.2022 (Annexure P-8) as well as the judgments rendered by this Court in CWP No.13281 of 2017 titled as Bhajan Singh Vs. PRTC decided on 31.01.2023 (Annexure P-19), CWP No.3831 of 2016 titled as Surinder Singh and others Vs. Pepsu Road Transport Corporation and another and other connected matter decided on 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-21), CWP No.3234 of 2025 titled as Gurmail Singh Vs. PRTC and others decided on 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-22) and also the regulations dated 11.08.

2010 (Annexure P-1) and pass a speaking order, after affording him an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner.
