The instant petition was filed for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of the detenues stated to have been illegally detained by private respondents No.4 to 6.

Vide order dated 08.08.2022, a Warrant Officer had been appointed at the expense of the petitioner, who had been directed to visit the premises of respondents No.4 to 6 and to submit his report as to whether the alleged detenues were illegally detained.

The Registry has informed that nobody approached for appointment of a Warrant Officer and that even notice could not be issued for want of process fee.
